These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all Point of Sale (POS) software products ("the Application") published by the Application publisher ("we", "our", or "us").
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the Application.
License
The Application is licensed, not sold.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable license agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application.
Business Use
The Application is intended solely for lawful business operations.
You agree not to use the Application:
- for unlawful purposes
- to violate applicable laws or regulations
- to interfere with system security
- to reverse engineer or modify the Application except where permitted by law
- to distribute unauthorized copies

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

- NON-INFRINGEMENT
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- lost profits
- loss of business
- loss of data
- business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable software license during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if:
- these Terms are violated
- a software license expires
- fraudulent or unlawful use is detected
- continued operation would violate applicable law
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will become effective when published on our website.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
